Only one CP showed up today.
He always shows up. We left the
campus and drove to Barnes & Noble.
Along the way, I pointed out the many different restaurants. As I had
observed him in two Foundation classes that day, we chatted about his classes
and classmates. At the bookstore, we
browsed through the various sections, but he especially wanted to view ESL
book. As I had been in that section two
days earlier, I knew right were to go.
After reviewing the books over a coffee, we drove to Chick-fil-a for a
late dinner. He knew what he wanted to
order, but he was confused when the cashier asked him, "Is that 'for here'
or 'to go'." She patiently
explained that 'to go' meant to take out.
That's how we all learn, by asking questions.
My CP had the same confusion at the register. I guess That would be a good thing to practice with all our foundation CP's.
