Moses CO - Grammar - 3

Grammar EL-HE
Alexandra Ramos was the teacher of the Grammar class I observed.  She spoke slowly and clearly .  She also never told students that they were wrong, simply that they should reexamine their choices in answers and why it would be a better choice.

She really worked hard to include all the students and there was lots of student participation.  She gave several examples of each grammar rule covered and then asked the students to give other examples.  Alexandra kept up a humorous class environment so that students do not become bored.  She often commented on how she is not perfect (tough hearing responses correctly, etc.) so that the students do not feel their mistakes are important and there was no embarrassment  so students kept participating.  Made modals very interesting to understand.  Used "lovely" and "beautiful" a lot.  It really made the class feel successful.
